Dot, CCB Facilitator and Teacher

Hi I’m Dot, a Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) facilitator and teacher registered with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

I demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards and ethical practices within this field. CCB is a powerful and invigorating breathing technique and can be a catalyst for change. Breathwork has been used for centuries amongst many ancient practices as a tool for health, wellbeing and personal exploration and growth. It is now re-emerging as a model of therapy due to understanding the biochemical science on the brain and body. Breathing has a direct link to our nervous system and so when we are feeling stuck in our bodies or our thoughts and cannot find the words to get release and movement, maybe utilising your body's own breath as a resource could help.
